I’m honored to be part of the design team with Mackey Mitchell Architects, SCM Architects, and Chris Downey, AIA that has earned the CIDIE Certification for the new School for the Deaf and Blind in Little Rock, AR. Construction is now underway and is expected to be completed between Winter and Spring 2027.

Nichols Design Associates has won an award in Qualified Remodeler's 47th annual Master Design Awards. The Gailes Residence Renovation & Addition won the Gold award in the Addition less than $250,000 category. The project will be published in the September 2025 issue of Qualified Remodeler.
